Title: Info on Litter coming & converted chicken coop Post by: Myles Man on November 27, 2013, 11:01:01 pm Well, I guess the time is near. Figured I'd share a lil bit bout my 1st litter of pups. It's been prob 15 yrs since I've had a litter, so I'm excited to see the outcome.
This is BB. She's got what it takes and I really think this breeding of her and Macho will make some frontline soldiers. He's 110 pounds and she's 55 pounds. I'm Hoping for some nice 60 to 80 pounders that can help in the CD world. She should drop on the 1st. I made a 4'x4' whelping box with some 2x6's to help protect pups, so it should be a smooth operation. It's one of them projects that I built for free. There's hardly a dime in everything you see in these pictures. Gotta love it (http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o637/mylesman1/498CCE2B-F594-4F4B-BFD6-06414DE37C17_zpsxt4ivdm8.jpg)[/URL] (http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o637/mylesman1/A52C2CE9-ABD8-4713-811C-41D5C8D0FABB_zps78zvbfbn.jpg) (http://s1151.photobucket.com/user/mylesman1/media/A52C2CE9-ABD8-4713-811C-41D5C8D0FABB_zps78zvbfbn.jpg.html) (http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o637/mylesman1/80CA05EB-7B09-4E49-AE0F-0094232D0FCC_zpswwrfthpn.jpg) (http://s1151.photobucket.com/user/mylesman1/media/80CA05EB-7B09-4E49-AE0F-0094232D0FCC_zpswwrfthpn.jpg.html) (http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o637/mylesman1/C812E518-456C-41A7-B1FA-F882F63D2F62_zpstyinyzdv.jpg) (http://s1151.photobucket.com/user/mylesman1/media/C812E518-456C-41A7-B1FA-F882F63D2F62_zpstyinyzdv.jpg.html) (http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o637/mylesman1/82232CF6-2AAF-4995-A7AD-3A15F2B84D44_zps10ahqaay.jpg) (http://s1151.photobucket.com/user/mylesman1/media/82232CF6-2AAF-4995-A7AD-3A15F2B84D44_zps10ahqaay.jpg.html) Title: Re: Info on Litter coming & converted chicken coop Post by: KevinN on November 27, 2013, 11:07:09 pm Nice! Title: Re: Info on Litter coming & converted chicken coop Post by: Myles Man on November 27, 2013, 11:18:41 pm Also, for the record....BB is a great dog. She's wired! Won't sit still for a pic type dog. Now, Macho is 50% Johnson and 50% Scott. From what it looks like, mentioning "Johnson" in working dogs on hogs is a negative thing. However, BB looks to have major loss of mass and I'm glad they tied up. My goal is to trickle the Johnson blood away and fill the next few years with input from y'all who have been there-done that. I do know with the drive from these two, catching will be what these pups are born for. These are my best of the best and can trust them to shut a hog down......

Title: Re: Post by: DWEST on November 28, 2013, 10:17:03 am He's a good looking dog. Some of the older Johnson blood isn't as bad IMO, just before he really started leaning towards just size and head. I really like the way he's put together and looks like your gyp will help a lil with the extra short muzzle. Good luck with them pups!
