Title: Mini trucks Post by: sbrooks on March 13, 2008, 09:45:12 pm Just wondering who has hunted out of the mini trucks that come over from Japan. There was a display set up at the expo and was kinda interested in them. Found a couple of videos of them on that guys website and some others and they seem like they can be really usefull

I also hunt alot of farm land that it worked great on all the roads were good and if we had to cut thru a feild we could, I think you would run into the same problem with the mini trucks.

UTV's, Mini Trucks, Four Wheelers, Horses, etc. all have their place and in certain situations each can be better suited than the others.

I love it on wet cold days. Title: Re: Mini trucks Post by: trent77969 on March 17, 2008, 10:17:22 am I hunt out of a mini-truck and there are pros and cons. The pros are it is very quite, comfortable in the cold and nice in the summer being I have a/c. I couldn't fit in the truck so I had to stretch it a bit and I added two seats also. Now the cons, parts are very, very expensive and limited. Very rough riding, and my radiator is in the front, so when you hunt ranches you know what will happen (some have radiators in the middle). I have a Suzuki Carry and although it says it is 4x4 it isn't it spins on opposite ends, so make sure you get one with diff. lock front and back. If you are a big person I would look at a newer model I believe the front tires are more forward, which offers a bit more leg room and also helps in crossing deep ditches.
