Just figured there might be another deal as to why you'd want a full body mount him besides his weight and color. Some hunts are just more memorable then others and then some hogs are just more memorable then others! We would get a handful of pics a year of him but hasn't been seen in person in over 2 years . He was trapped , cut and released . Trapped in the same trap a couple weeks later. A year or so went by and he was caught with dogs and released to turn into a trophy . Then just a couple stray pics for a long time. Then a couple years back caught again about 275-300 then nothing but a few pics the last couple years till Saturday night the yella dogs shut him down for the last time . I was there when he was cut and released , I missed all the encounters till we met again this past Saturday . It was bitter sweet !

I gotta bunch running around in the woods, but it's as rare as hen teeth to catch one I've cut! He went out like a grown man , not a word said . I was unsure if they were caught or not . One dog let out a muffled bark and we took that as caught .
