Title: gsp/bmc cross? Post by: -Hdogs on June 15, 2014, 09:23:27 am Does anyone hunt this cross? I have a young gsp/bmc cross male I bought early spring. I don't know much about a bird dog but I've hunted with bmc's all my life. People seemed to be pleased with the cross so I got one to try this winter.
I would like to see your pics of tthis cross with some knowledge about them as well. Thanks Title: Re: gsp/bmc cross? Post by: Reuben on June 15, 2014, 10:02:47 pm Hdogs...I don't have any experience in this cross but if it is from the right line of cur and GSP the possibility is there to have a great dog...

Of the three I kept I ended up culling two on disposition and the other one was on his his way to being a true superstar. He was a better cow dog than hog dog but once he did hook up to hogs he was a great one but unfortunately he was taken to soon. From the others in the litter I kept up with most of them made decent dogs. Mine could go all night and half the next day couldn't hardly wear him out (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/18/nuse8e6y.jpg)
