Title: Taking advantage..... Of the cold front! Post by: fonzie on July 19, 2014, 03:33:56 pm Well it was 64 degrees this morn... Me, Blake, Austin, and KevinN hit a few spots... Hit the first field and walk in all the dogs start acting piggy buster heads out 200 or so and opens up bayed solid all the others get there to help we ease in and send the cd from 30yards and it breaks he leaves the county on us... Hit a few other spots and come up empty... We head to the last place and start seeing hog sign... Blake's buck dog goes out 180 and bays up sister preacher and pig go in and help caught hog it was a small shoat... Well buck rolls out an bays up we jump in the truck and head his way we get 80 yards and sister goes in and hammers down with buck we ease in and send Blake's cd along with buster and caught hog, in some super THICK stuff me and Austin crawl threw a hog passing and get 23' and can't get closer we start to head out and the hog runs two feet from me I see the dogs stop him again and caught again this time Blake legs him and Austin sticks him.... Good fun hunt with great summer weather!!!!
