Wife went to the doc and had to have a biopsy. The results came back positive for breast cancer. We will be going to a surgeon tomorrow to discuss options further. We will take any additional prayers anyone has to offer.

Prayers sent, my wife is at the clinic right now getting an ultrasound done to look closer at something. It's a bad feeling! Best wishes that it's easily cured!

I have a very strong faith in God. He has gotten me thru some tough stuff thru the years. He will get us thru this as well. A few extra prayers never hurt. Lol.

I Just put your family and way out' s on my prayer list,, will be praying daily for ya'll. it ain't my particular area, but I have helped with many breast biopsy's - surgical interventions etc,, your docs , nurses and staff will do a great job of answering questions and explaining what's going on. However, if you have ANY questions that pop up and you need someone to bounce me off of, text me and if I don't know the answer, I'lll  talk to someone that can give me the answer.  Mike 205-514-0110

I'm sorry to hear the bad news and hope the news was a mistake.

I have a bunch of buddy's in buccner. Jeff and jhonathon Barton.

Hate to hear that shotgun. Praying for all of you. Tell her to keep her faith and a kick butt mentality and she will whip it.

Lord touch these two families,, we believe that you can heal and deliver them from sickness.. Amen

Lord bring strength and healing, laughter and grace in this time. Help this family become closer and pour out friends and family to help. Take away their sickness and worry and give your strength!!! Give them rest when they need rest lord!!

Went through a scare with my wife and I was in need of prayers. I will be praying for you, your wife, and family.

In the morning (Friday) at 6am we will be at the hospital for a mastectomy. The docs will be removing the breast and lymph nodes. We will find out next week how much chemo will be needed. Thank u all for the prayers and I ask that if yall will to please continue. If there is one thing I am sure about is the power of prayer and the grace of God. He will see us thru this just as he has seen us thru all the days past. Thank yall again.

Surgery went good. She is layed up resting tonight. My lil 4yr old took it pretty good. Thank again for the prayers. They said she can go home in AM.

Great news looks like she's in good spirits shotgun y'all keep it up. We'll keep on praying.

Well just got the call on the test from the lymph nodes. We are ranked at stage 3. On the up side they tested hormone positive. So we will be going back for a hysterectomy to eliminate the hormones plus some heavy chemo and probly radiation treatments for the next 6 months or more. Gonna be rough I'm sure. Probly rougher than anything I have experienced and I layed on a death bed for 3 months at 8yrs old. I don't look forward to any of this. God and his grace brought me thru that all them years ago and has kept me defying the odds they gave me. He will bring us thru this as well. I will continue to pray and ask for his grace thru this all. The bible says thru him all things are possible. I believe this with all my heart. We will beat this and come out the other side even stronger. I will ask when yall say ur prayers to continue to add us to them if for no other reason than to just give us the strength to endure.

Now if anyone knows a good oncologist in the Texarkana area please let me know.

I have been thinking a lot lately and after I posted the last post above it dawned on my how blessed I am. So I will share what I wrote about that.

Folks when the mud gets thick don't forget the blessings u have received. Just because the situation may not be good does not mean it isn't a blessing.

Shotgun I don't know you or your wife but you and your family are an inspiration. That was truly touching what you wrote and you're dang right everything is going to be OK because with positivity and faith like that it ain't got no way to be bad.God bless y'all and keep up the good work.

Well it's been 8 months since I posted this figured I would give an update. After the mastectomy healed up and the chemo was complete she went thru radiation. Everything was back to back with little time between. She finished radiation just after Christmas and began recovery and trying to get her physical condition back up. We went on our first hunt on New Year's Day. Caught a big sow on top of a high hill. I bailed out the wheeler and climbed the hill. At the top I looked back and she was half way up. I got to the sow and got her handled. After it was all over I asked what she was doing. She said coming to help cause I was alone. Boys this woman is tough as nails. After all she has been thru she was still trying to bust brush. We have hunted several times since and regardless of what I say she keeps busting brush. She is making it further and further before tiring out each trip. It won't be long and she will be beating me to the bay. This situation is far from over beings the Doc says the risk of reoccurrence will always be there. But as of now we are living our life and being blessed by God. My family loves running these ol dillo dogs and they will not only keep us mental healed but will contribute to her physical healing as well.   I thank all of y'all for the prayers and appreciate any further prayer for continued healing.

thats a tough woman!!! get her taking some CBD oil every day and it will reduce the chances of reoccurance

congratulations ! supposedly if you can keep your bodies ph level alkiline instead of acidic cancer cannot live in it . noone with cancer has an alkiline ph level . i recomend checking it every few days . you can regulate it with diet and supplements .

 i'm very proud for ya'll , my situation didn't turn out so good , but gods will will be done .

Sorry to hear that JDT. You got it right that gods will be done. It says in the Bible everything happens for a reason. I feel we may not always know the answer but there is a reason. The trials of one can be the motivation of another. I think we all have a purpose on this earth. Your purpose may be to heal the world mine may be to write this. Who knows but each of our lives effect the next. My prayers are with you and yours JDT. May Gods comfort and understanding be with y'all.
