Title: TEXAS GUTHRIE TERRIER Post by: WoodBooger on June 30, 2015, 02:45:25 pm Anybody know where I can get one these dogs? The guy who developed and sold them to other hunters claimed they were like "minature no quit Airdales on steroids." Apparently they started as kind of an accident when his neighbors wandering pet schnauzer bred with one of his walker hunting dogs which resulted in even better dogs. From what I've read he used to have website which is no longer up. Something else I read said that Mr. Guthrie had died?
The information I've learned about them has peaked my curiosity. Just wanted to know if anyone knows if these dogs are still out there? Also wanted to hear other opinions about these dogs? |
