Title: need 1999 7.3 diesel mechanic help Post by: Reuben on July 02, 2015, 12:02:59 pm Was going down the guest at 70 mph...running smoothly. ..truck just shutdown...will crank but not start...added starting fluid to air intake and it started until it ran out and then it dies again...does anyone have any ideas?

Title: Re: need 1999 7.3 diesel mechanic help Post by: Reuben on July 03, 2015, 08:24:51 am Yea Halfbreed...they were real nice folks...seems they catered to the poor folks...I heard him tell a young couple...take the car and pay me the rest on payday...lots of old folks coming and going out of that shop...they also charge less than the going rate...one of the two owners told me...treat the customers fair and they will keep us in business...
right away they told me to unload the dog and tie her under the tree and give her water... I am grateful we lucked out and picked the right shop...everyone there were very nice folk...
