We cant "legally" buy , sell or hold them here in Ga without a permit from the department of agriculture.  Some folks do though. They are HARD to find most of the time though. I wish Ga would loosen up on the laws a little bit. Were so dang weird that half the state has laws that the other half dont..lol

Here in Fl you just have to contact the department of agriculture and schedule a pen inspection they come look at your pen fill out a paper and your live feral transport and dealer card comes in the mail pretty easy.

What are the requirements in florida for yalls pens lh? I have built one and I wander if it'll pass. Lol.

Water source even if it is a water hose and just has to be secure the pen you built is sufficient I'm sure.
