Sorry for the bad quality im trying to get better at videoing if I ever do one day I would like to make a decent video about how I hunt and my dogs I have been fooling with hog dogs for over 15 years now and still working on producing dogs I really like and as of now im close right now most of my dogs are 3/4 to 1/2 hound blood with Catahoula making up the rest they all hunt hard and have decent noses some are semi open on a hot track.

Thanks for the kind words those big barrs are getting fewer and fewer doesn't seem like anyones interested in doing that anymore.

Hi there Mr Larry yes Asa lives down the road from me we been hunting together for a couple years now we have a couple places to hit that don't mind us going during bow season but Nov-Dec we will be shut down. I don't mind a break I like to hunt them deer too but it wont be long I will want to load up some dogs.

Dam good video. I have a movie maker I have used for work pinnacle I think it's called. It's a been good but won't work for 4k vids on my go pro. I'm looking for another program.  Also my wife has a dlr type camera I think I'm going to try out. Gopro is nice but unless you have a extra mike or the new one audio is subpar.. I m interested in how your dog's will make out. Everything I see and hear sound like your doing it right!!

Hey there C.Dunn how you been still hope to meet up one day and have a cousins hog hunt lol. I struggle with making videos but they are fun to watch latter some of the stuff you say in the moment can make a sailor blush I tell everyone now try to watch what you say. I got a garmin virb but mostly use a little panasonic pistol grip camera with a tripod

We hunted down there growing up a lot got a good bit of family down that way.

I'm from mangham counting down days till deer season over so I can put dogs in the woods bout having withdrawals it's been so long

I have family down that way we hunt in Vixen on my brothers club a little my Grandfather had alot of hogs down around Castor creek for years nobody messed with them .

I leased a couple hundred acres in vixen for a few yrs and I was in a club that castor run through for a few yrs called 7runs I hunt some private land in Eros castor also runs through I never new that Lil Creek ran as far as it does

Yeah my brothers in 7runs there's a few hogs there.

I caught a few in there when I was in it

I have hunted 7 runs some to got a buddy that in that club hunt several clubs around there with some people

I may be totally in left field on this, I haven't watched but the first two videos, but according to the second video the Bob tailed dog is the most seasoned dog in that video.

You may have already said but what type hound you got crossed in them.

That bobtail dog I got from a man named Mike White as a pup his daddy was one of the best Catahoula dogs I have hunted around. MIKE breed him to a 1/4 English and 3/4 Catahoula gyp all the pups made hog dogs. I have had Copper 5 years now I think he was the oldest dog hunting in the second video but hes not the oldest dog i own he can get in a bind I've put alot of staples in him. He is the daddy to most of the young dogs in the videos and my second favorite dog I breed him 3x and the best cross I've made with him is to a red tick but I breed him to a gyp I have that's a great dog she's plott Catahoula and English  one puppy survived he's ugly and has a cork screw tail but if he hunts like his momma and daddy he will have a forever home with me.
