Could y’all post what each item is, why it’s in your bag, and what situation you would use it in? There’s probably a lot of people out there that would benefit greatly from hearing some of that info

I am also a big fan of this stuff cuts down heal time for the extra care wounds Title: Re: First aid bags Post by: t-dog on January 26, 2019, 06:29:02 pm I have your usual stuff in my cut box, but I have some home remedy stuff also. I sometimes use Alum and Caster Oil together for cuts. Make a thick paste out of it and pack it into the wound. It will draw it up and draw any infection or drainage out also. Dogs don't to much like to lick it lol. I've also used preparation H for the same thing.

I can help with antibiotics with any one near me! (San Antonio) Super glue fixed more than you know. I'd be lying if I gave the names of the active ingredients. They also make it with lidocaine in it now. So it is good for the pain and swelling and burning associated with cuts.

Thanks T sounds like the dry cow but a better external consitancy then the dry. Thanks for the knowledge. |
