Sometimes I’ll take a s lay cabbage on top of hog to keep hog from getting scorched. Next one I cook we’re gonna boil first and get hair off and leave skin on and see how it turns out.

How long does it take to cook this way ? By the pictures you only put heat to the top, is that right ? Would it be possible to cook veggies as well ? I'll look into making one up and trying it. I am sure you could put veggies in there and cook them as well!
