Title: Zemectrin Gold Post by: warrent423 on February 03, 2020, 06:06:03 pm Those of you that use it to kill tapeworms, what's your dose. Got in a big discussion at the Co op this morning with some Plott men over effectiveness and dosage. At the sign of Tapes, I've always gave pups a click(eraser size) and a growd dog 2 clicks. Within 3 days, worms gone. Been doing this for going on 20+ years and have never not had it work or kill a dog. Your thoughts

They were arguing that zemectrin gold would not kill canine tapes in the dosage I was using. I agreed that a higher percentage of praziquantel would require less of a dose and be more effective with real bad cases, but as I stated, I have never had the zemectrin gold not handle my tapeworm problems in 20+ years of use.Title: Re: Zemectrin Gold Post by: desertdog1 on February 05, 2020, 12:09:55 pm Did you get a stool sample analized to see if they were gone?
