I have 5 yr old big leggy brindle 1/2 kemmer half mt cur. When I first bout this dog from a buddy he would blow out the box and find hogs. Over the last few months he is sticking around waiting for dogs to bay. He will roll if hogs are really fresh and will roll off and bay again. But he is rough! Will stop a running hog. Never thought I would do something like this but the time has come with kids and family. Me and wife are about to build a house and I have no time to hunt. Below is what I have!

1. 14 month old brindle 1/2 parker, 1/3 ladner BMC. Not started. Off two jam up dogs.

2. 4 yr old brindle mt cur. Use to be a real good pen dog, tried to hunt her in woods and she ain’t got the hunt for me. Great handle. Use to find hogs before becoming a pen dog but she just ain’t got the hunt for me.

3. Finished 7 yr old 1/2 bluetick, 1/2 catahoula. Will open on hot track. Have a real good reference on this dog. Only reason for sale is because he will open on track. This use to be a 2k dog that was turned down at 5 yrs old but he has slowed down on his feet due to age. Will get gritty has scars everywhere.

I’m looking to trade this dog to something real close to him as far as hunt. I haven’t had him but about 6 months from a buddy in east Texas. Only reason for sale is cause he will open up some. What I am looking for is a brown with brindle trim catahoula gyp around 3 to 4 yrs old. She was sold to a guy named josh cooper out of Haughton, La.  he turned around and sold the gyp to a fellow around Longview from what he can remember. I am just trying to find this guy that bought her. This particular gyp came off my old blood and I'm just trying to contact the owner. Got a 6 yr old full brindle cur dog... use to be a cast dog not sonmuch anymore. The dog will find you hogs. The problem I have with him is he don't get a long with my male dogs he is male aggressive towards them. Over time it has gotten worse and worse. Just wanted to say that upfront. This dog doesn't like most males, some he don't have a problem with. You looking for a hog stopper this is him but I don't have the patience for a dog that jumps on my young male pups. I have references if someone is interested. What I like to get is a well start strike dog that is somewhat easy handling and doesn't fight!! I can train her to do the rest. Not much on gettin rid of dogs but she deserves to be hunted. I got a 9 month old gyp off my cousins dog and a buddy's dog. Mom and dad are sure enough hog dogs in the woods. This Gyp is started. Hasn't been to woods much but will be at bay when you take her. She don't know a lot yet but I know she will be a good one. Not a dog trader or seller but she deserves to be in the woods. I have a 14 month old yella black mouth gyp. Well started gyp been in woods several times. Prolly been on 25 hogs. She has found 4 or 5 in the woods. I've raised her since she was 4 months old. She is a smaller frame fat gyp with a lot of drive and potential. I have other dogs and some pups and she don't deserve to stay in the pen. She will yip on a hog if he breaks but I think it's because she try's so hard! Really don't want to get rid of her cause of the potential but she deserves to be in woods with someone that will hunt her. She will be a lead dog and would already be if I hunted her as much as my other dogs. Put her in sign and she is gone. Very easy handling as well.
