Lookin for a female foundation bmc dog/pup. Just seeing what's around my neck of the woods, I'm located in La Vernia, TX just southeast of San Antonio. Don't want some breeder that only uses them to make a ton of money off them. Want something out of working parents that the individual breeds for theirselves and can't keep an entire litter. Cuttin back on a couple young dogs due to having a litter of 5 pups out of my old gyp that I'm keeping to raise. Room is limited and need to move some around. Had this dog since he was 6wks old. Came from a guy outta Pearsall tx. He's just a started dog. Nothin special yet. Knows what a hog is, isn't gun shy, been to woods quite a bit just a lot of dry runs. Only trashed once so far on cows and I got on him and he hasn't done it since, not saying he won't tho he's still young and learning. Needs a lot more woods time and hogs right now. Lookin for a buddy. Dog must be SILENT till bayed. Gotta have grit to stop a runner. Breed and sex doesn't matter. Although he likes a good gritty hound cross cuz of nose and mouth. But open to other options as well. Dog does not have to be finished but needs to find hogs If put in sign. Short to medium range that stays busy Huntin. Trial or see the dog hunt is a must. Selling for a friend. 3yr old Black and Tan in color. Short ranged hunter. Will take a hot track but likes to wind more. Broke off cows. She's gritty and will catch smaller hogs and catch with another dog on bigger hogs. Only reason for selling is she's too open for him. Will open up behind a runner and had her open on track the other night. Not a burn up the woods strike dog but she has struck a few in the 4-5wks we've had her.
