I can tell you a guaranteed fix,this ain`t what I heard neither,I did it last summer and takes about a week and I was "FLYLESS" COMPLETELY! Hang a gallon ziploc bag in the top of ech stall in your pen or around on tree limbs,don`t know how but it works,I saw them in Louisiana at the fish cleaning stations and couldn`t find a fly,they had these bags everywhere,try it,what ya got to lose.

I hang up gallon bags full of water,takes a week or so and NO MO FLIES! I know it sounds STRANGE,but I wouldn`t put it on here if it didn`t work. Its what the fish cleaning stations use in Venice La,and they didn`t have a fly that I saw and it was summer.Try it,its free,got one on my porch it worked so good.

Man,I hate to hear that,I know she was one of your "go-to" dogs.

Tuff foot will burn his ass up if the wound is open.I have always used regular kerosene (coal oil) as the old dogs call it,heals good,no burning.Had an old foxhunter turn me on to this and it  has ALWAYS worked,$5.00 a gallon at Wally World.
