Posting for a buddy. He has a 6yr old big male Catahoula that will catch anything under 300lbs and will probably try one bigger. Short range 1-300 yrd and will go in sign. Will find and catch his own hog. Dog is a little out of shape due to not being hunted in a while because of him being so catchy. $300 or trade for a young started dog (12 to 18 months). yes, i give ivomec at the first of every month and then give a type of intestinal wormer on about 5 days later. either strogid or safeguard. i change every couple months.

she had a couple tapes in her #2 awhile back, but i knocked them out with praziqutal pills. i thought that might have been it, but i knocked them out. unless those tapes put a toll on her and it is just takeing awhile for her system to recover. idk.

i have a tapes in another dog and his coat didn't change like this, that is why i didn't think that was it.

i have a 3yr old cur dog that her coat seems to be not as slick and well defined as my other dogs or how hers used to be. i just noticed it this weekend while loading them up for a hunt. Her hair use to be smooth and even and it kind of looks dirty and course looking. I have been hunting her pretty hard for the last 4 months. She does not act like anything is wrong with her while hunting or in her kennel.
Could it be that it is nappy looking because of summer time and she is shedding?? Is it something that i should worry about?? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

thanks everyone. i am just looking for something that i could start giving him to hopefully give him a couple more years where he is not as stiff the next day!

 i have a bulldog who is up in age, but still catches like he is young. He gets pretty stove up after the hunt into the next couple days. Is there a specific supplement that any one would recommend to help him recover quicker.

i just ordered something called D-worm. it has both the praziquantel 114mg and Pyrantel 114 mg per pill and there are 12 pills for $50. Dogs over 50lbs need 2 pills. I am going to try it to knock them out and then on a different worming routine of ivomec and strongid paste.
