I ordered a dc-40 from them yesterday because of this post. The online purchase didn't work so I sent them an email and they called me 30 min later to let me order over the phone plus they shipped it yesterday . I was impressed.

I tried both the sauce piquant and the gumbo recipes. They turned out dam good
