how would i go about training a dog to acctually find a hog? iv got my ways and they work good, but im lookong for some diff techniques or how other hunters go about it.please give me some tips.OTHER THAN HUNTING YOUNG DOGS WITH OLDER DOGS.

my 45-70 is pretty much a shoulder fired cannon.i drop everuthing i shoot,wouldnt recomend on deer..destroys them bad.im in the marine corps and on one of our ranges i can hit anything with it all the way out to 800 yards no problem.its a nice gun.kicks hard though.for a single shot.
