Thanks again everyone. Anyone that has any advice for me as a beginner. I am willing to listen to all suggestions and try everything it takes to get my dogs right or get the right dogs and get in the woods. Anything y'all have or think about for a rookie. Please let me know. I have ran dogs on hogs quite a few times. Just not me with my dogs. Can't wait. But I will til its the right time!

I have 2 catahoulas. 1 is 14 months and the other 6 months. Any differences due to the age difference? Also 2 6 month old pits. One I believe will make a great RCD. The other a lead in. Any differences on starting them? Or start them all by introducing them to a smaller hog and get the feel for which will be better at what? After introducing them....then what???

Hey yall! Id like some advice on the different way yall train yall CDs. After they are intoduced to hogs and know what they are...would running them with my buddies and letting her go at the bay be a good way? or would that be a way some of you introduce your dogs to hogs? or would having my dogs bay a hog in a controlled situation(pinned hog) and letting her go? or just her and the hog in the pin? Id apreciate all opinions and advice! Thanks Yall! Oh and does anyone know who has the Garmin the cheapest?
