i appreciate all the input. My dogs a pit x cat an i threw him in a pin with about a 15 lb piglet an he was goin after him til that piglet got pissed off i guess an got ahold of em an after that that dog never would go near that pin again. I cant really do anything cause i aint got a place to put my dogs since im living in a barracks right now but my sisters boyfriend is a hog doggin fool an im takin some leave here at the end of the month (if it gets approved) an hopefully ill get my first hand experience with hog doggin but who knows, i guess if i dont get to go ill stick with my bowfishing haha

Ive been a hog hunter al my life, ive tried gettin into hog doggin a couple yrs ago but the dog i got from some ppl on this site wasnt really into hogs much. i guess u can say i look a wild swing with him. I would love to get into Hog doggin but im currently in the Marine Corps right now. Im currently stationed in Camp Lejuene, NC. Im originally from Waco, Tx. I would like to hear some input from yal on wats the best way to get started out. Like i said im in the Marines so i dont get paid much haha so i cant go buy no $500 dogs an expensive equipmnet.
