I hunt with an older man till this day an he has one of the baddest find dogs i've ever seen an his jaw is broken said he wouldn't cull him cause he was last of a dying breed but he turned out fine after time an still findin hogs till this day

When i ran coondogs hot an heavy i had dogs come to the tree all the time actually got my first catch dog coonhuntin i got to the tree an the lil fella was shakin vines so i loaded him up

Find a way to import about 100 hogs and give  them about 5 years and they will be calling.

Like you said its anyones style but honestly it all depends on the hunt if that big boar runs all over my lease before i stop him he is gunna die ... but if he stops an bays up i might cut him an turn him loose but we process all our meat so whenever i catch a big tasty barr or sow an were hungry he meets my 8 inch KA-BAR  but i do perfer to tie them up an relocate them to another lease i hunt
