Sorry for your loss.  Some relatives and friends it's hard to let go of.  But look back at the memories of the times you all were together.  There's always that special time with that person you will never forget. 
Always with you in your heart.  Hang in there.  Sometimes you have to stay busy to  clear the mind.  Time takes care of every thing.  Been there and it ain't easy.

Yeah it's nice , but no central heat and air? Great looking dog box.  Good craftsmanship and a lot of hours go into building something that nice.  You might sell some of those.

Buy her back.  Sounds like your a better man than he is.  Just my opinion.  There's a market for that dog.
If he doesn't like her he won't be good to her.  Yes, by all means buy her back.  You'll feel better in the long run.  Shucks , you just might decide to keep her.
