i started with a catahoula pup, i had a good buddy that ran dogs and went with him and i was hooked so i hunted my catahoula with some dogs that knew wat they were doing and he caught on so then after i had one dog that knew what he was there for i bought a catch dog and then eventually got some more strike dogs and im still going steddy lol welcome to the sport by the way!

the blue leapord hunts hard when theres good sign he is still young only 10 months and the red leapord female is more of just a help dog

the "plott" actually became a plott for real in the ozark mountains they use the to hunt coons up there and have ben since the breed was started.

had the same problem with a plott/ridgeback gyp i used to have she would run them forever but never stop them and never actualy put a hog on the ground for me so i sold her and i was running her with my other two strike dogs that are gritty as they come. i feel like she gave the hogs to much warning by yipping on track

id be going back during the day and checking it all out sounds pretty cool but at night i would have ben freaked out lol

has anyone managed to see the episode were that big dane gets a liitle cut on its belly and the lady freaks out?  i laughed for 10 minutes its rediculous! why dont they get somebody that knows what there doing not someone that just has a buisness going and says they know what there doing anybody else think the same thing?

i would mind if anybody had any walkers either
