I have the 4 month old english redtick pup that i'm not sure if i want her to be a coon dog or hog dog. Her daddy was a started on coons but he was more interested in hogs. Should i have her for coon hunting or hog hunting?

I have Catahoula that got greedy and she tried to catch a 300 pound boar by herself. She got cut from her mouth to her ear. We got her back to the truck and doctered her up with bloodstop powder and staples but she is healing good.

I wouldn't make the dog stop barking at a pig if it's right there. I had this english redtick coon that we started on coons but it turned out he is hellacious on pigs!

I'll have to agree. Only good snake is a dead one. From hunting hogs with my dogs on those summer nights in the swamps, i have had my share of snakes. Kill all you can!!
