Why do bmc's throw bobtail puppys. Were does this trait origanate from.

I have a 3 year old very well started dog...He is a blackmouth/walker cross and is very athletic...This dog is med-long range and consistently finds his own hogs...Hunts silent but will open if the bay breaks...
THE ONLY REASON IM GETTING RID OF THIS DOG IS BECAUSE HE IS A LITTLE TO GRITTY FOR MY PACK...This is not a cull..I belive this dog to be worth a lot more than what im selling him for i can show him in the field if buyer is serious with cash in hand... 700 obo message me with your info and i can send you pictures..

ya he had that pup at my ranch...it was a bad little pup..real scrappy..it only made it for two weeks then died of parvo...wierd because the three years ive been there i have never had anything on my yard..

 I just got a new cat bitch and she's really gritty..problem is she is not working good with my pack..my bmc will have one jammed up and she'll run in and put teeth on the hog and make it brake bay..my question is how do i get her to put teeth on runners...and not stopped hogs...
