lol it takes a while i put one one my dads older dog and he flipped around like he was tryin to kill himself !but he got used to it

really its ur choice but a 30-30 will travel thru some times. i carry a 44. lever or a 45. carbine neither of them have yet to pass thru with the load im using

im debating on witch Garmin to get and would like some feed back  only if u have owned one.

what are the the things u like/dislike about the Garmin alpha and astro  and witch collar and other equipment  is better and gives u max range for the hillcontry

they're good lookin! id say good luck  but it looks like u wont need it
 

in some cases iv had a pup or to open up cause of a load mouth hound and had it happen to lots of buddy's pups do the same so u might want to keep an eye on them young dogs.But if ur raising a plott pup around silent dogs it can make them closed mouth or a lil bit quieter depends on the dog
