The comment period for this USDA/APHIS rule ends tonight.  Thanks to all who have sent comments and letters.

We now need you to add your name to the new SAOVA petition to Congress.  Ask Congress to investigate APHIS and the entire process they used to publish this rule.  APHIS is required by law to take certain steps assessing the economic impact of the rule, consulting with other federal agencies, and providing reliable information to the public.  APHIS has failed to do so.  In July APHIS posted a new FAQ with deliberately misleading information. This is an inexcusable action by a federal agency.  It appears they published this revised FAQ to quiet the opposition.
