Do you inject it under the skin anywhere on the body like the back of the neck or in the area of the infection?

17  HOG & DOGS / DOGS ON HOGS / Re: javalinas on: February 10, 2009, 12:11:40 pm
I have caught one javelina with dogs.  It was a weird situation, there was no bark at all my gritty dogs just caught it.  They are some mean suckers.  I have shot many of them and let me tell you they are not afraid of anything.  I would stay away from them especially if hunting with dogs.  If you see them load your dogs up and go somewhere else.  They will put some pretty good cuts on dogs if you give them the chance.  And from my understanding as Bump said they are in the rodent family.  Not even related to hogs.
18  HOG & DOGS / DOGS ON HOGS / Re: How To Start? on: February 08, 2009, 03:44:13 pm
Like Texas Hog Dogs said, there are different ways people hunt and you just have to try them out to see which one you like best.  As far as dogs go there are also numerous dogs that could do the job for you.  You just need to find one that fits the style of hunting that you enjoy and take them hunting alot.  Try going with different people that use different dogs and see which ones you like best.
19  GENERAL CATEGORY / HUNTING AND FISHING / Re: Black Clouds vs Geese on: February 07, 2009, 12:57:08 pm
Went back out yesterday with the rest of the black clouds.  It was literally raining geese.  Me and my buddy had our limit in about thirty minutes.  These shells continue to impress me.
20  HOG & DOGS / DOGS ON HOGS / Re: need your info on: February 06, 2009, 03:08:23 pm
I own a half pit half cat and I am very pleased with her.  She strikes her own hogs and usually catches even if its a big boar.  I am just worried that one day she is gonna meet her match.  So, I personally think they make good dogs but make sure you know where they are if they are anything like mine.  Or they could get messed up pretty bad if they decide to take on their own hog.
