I know they are hard to come buy, im working on places of my own as well so dont mind sharing what i have. ive got all my own gear and dogs so im not just a tag along. All of my dogs are good natured and are not trashy! Any way thanks for reading and message me back or my cell is 214-771-1954. My name is Drew Smith. cowboss79@gmail.com

I have a registered mare that is 100% broke!!! 100% no buck. I have roped hundreds of cattle on her and drug hundreds to a branding fire. You can doctor cattle o. her and she will work a rope. Would like to trade for a working four wheel drive four wheeler. She is not a junker! Nice looking horse. I have owned her since she was two years old so I know exactly what she is. She has also been dog hunted off. Text and let me know what you have. 214-771-1954 or email at cowboss79@gmail.com located in Royse City TX. Open to other trades as well. Let me know what you have!

I do agree that training pens are good no doubt! But also agreed that they need to be trained on big hogs! Didn't specify myself.

i agree with bawl mouth! I have three jagds and are trash broke! They ran deer, cattle, and a few dillos but one dose with e-collar and never a problem again! In fact last weekend was hunting with friend and dogs hit a deer and my jagd came back to me I knew for sure the dogs were trashing then cause hed never quit a hog!

I currently have a male that i purchased from Clear Creek Jagds that is ten months old. I have caught several hogs with him this spring. he is a medium ranged strike dog 100-400 yd but on a trail is endless! With that said i have a gyp that is a full sister to the dog that hogsnatcher was referring to and she will flat be a mile or better in a hurry! the range in jagds is like any other dog it just depends on the dog. But every jagd will hunt! They can take some time to trash break, but any dog that is gamie is. They are different from other dogs to train. I recomend only one or two sessions in a bay pen and then to the woods, this will help keep your jagd from being to aggressive and bay a little better. Good luck if you decide to get one! they are fun! cowboss79gmail.com

I have a ten month old male and a female that is right at a year, I have had them in bay pens a couple times but they are very gritty. Not to bad on single bay but two or more want to catch. Or if hogs are very little they will catch. How big are ur hogs normally? I think I'll bring them and see how it goes! I have caught several hogs in the woods with them but haven't spent a lot of time in bay pen to prevent them from being over aggressive .
