Cajun, thanks.
Charles, I've been choking on smoke from the fires around the LA/SanBernadino area all summer. Get your butt out here and out those things out.
The Grand Canyon pics are bad ass
i know what you mean. the show low fire was bad, we dealt with ash continuously, even during maintenance. i think that was the worst of the smoke and ash for all the fires we have been on. as for putting the cali fires out, i think we have a couple ships down there dropping water, but I'm not 100% sure. i figure with all the fires there, we would have already been there, especially since we are a tanked a/c, but we still have our restricted class going against us. being restricted means we can't fly over densely populated ares, which it seems some of the areas on fire are densely populated. until cal-fir calls for us, we will bounce from state to state like a cheap $2 dollar whore on .50c night. good luck to ya and hopefully the fires stay away from ya. This shot is from my backyard about four years ago. These hills around here burn every year.

As it turns out, the company that hired him put him in the north Dallas area. Curve ball incoming, so he's got a place in McKinney now. We are getting him set up, he starts work Monday and the wife and I leave tomorrow. More than likely to return with a truck full of stuff in the fall.
Did I mention the heat, living in the desert like I do we haven't had humidity in a long time. Not since we left the east coast.

Do any of y'all know anything about the Toro zero mower, or the any good
If you're talking commercial grade Toro they're real good. The homeowner versions are lighter duty and that might be fine for your use. I'd guess most of the brands are made of a similar quality. I've owned Gravely for many years, now I have a commercial Toro walk behind, I've ran my friends commercial toro on his route, no troubles whatsoever, just keep them maintained. I'll post pics of mine when I get back to California

Not too long ago I started liking into the illuminati. You can find articles to read and videos of people explaining all the things you mentioned for days. It amazes me how many people will make a deal with the devil for fame and fortune. Sounds like this man knows a lot about it and wants no part of it. Can't say I blame him.

I bought a 60" Gravely about 15 years ago when I was cutting yards on the side from my regular job. My buddy had a place that took him three hours to cut with his little Harry homeowner riding mower, I rolled my mower off the trailer and did it in 45 minutes. He and another guy at work busted my balls for what I payed for it. After I moved back west, they ended up buying zero turns. Go figure.

Your cousin gave the ultimate sacrifice for other people's freedom. Something far too many folks take for granted and don't recognize.
Thanks to all the servicemen and women for their sacrifices.
