That's correct Oldman they're just ol Florida Cur dogs I had Holly a yella gyp and Bred her to my buddy's Red male named Skeeter and got Hambones litter bred Hambone to Two different bitches twice a piece one was his aunt Maggie on Holly's side and the other was a Ringneck of mine named Cypress I've been crossing those pups back and to and getting really good results so far.

Thanks fellas Rednose they bay but usually have a good amount of grit a couple will catch small or soft hogs in close and a couple males will catch a good hog to get it stopped but will back up once it's settled down and holds bayed they generally have a lot of stock sense and know when to do what. These dogs are really deep hunting and would get in trouble quick if they didn't have a good head on their shoulders.

Don't talk to me like some dumbass kid.You forget I hunt in your area and have good friends who hunt your area and have been for many generations and if she was alive she had a chance of making it.I have brought many a dog back from deaths door and know one thing if you don't carry them to the vet they damn sure won't make it.If your not willing to foot the bill of an emergency vet than you need to be rabbit huntin or something not hog huntin especially with rough dogs I've owned rough dogs and big vet bills are part of the price. My Peewee dog was as close to death as one can get a few months back and he's baying hogs every weekend because I carried him to the most expensive emergency vet when I was out of town I've never been to they definitely didn't like hog hunters but that was the only option and I didn't even hesitate hell it wasn't even an option to not go.That bs of "it would been to expensive to put that much into a young dog" is exactly the dumbass mentality that gives hog hunters a bad name if you put them in the woods than it's your responsibility to do everything in your power to keep them alive period!!!!

I don't really understand this.If you liked that dog enough to write about her why didn't you carry her to the vet. That dog needed volume... IV's and possibly a blood transfusion not a warm blanket!!! If you had enough time to carry her home and go feed dogs than you definitely had enough time to get her to the vet.Maybe I missed something but that's what I read.
