We been catching some hogs have caught some real good barrs some right at 300 couple right over have watched some good dogs work with buddies I been hunting with all these barrs didn't just come off my places some off some of my buddies to we all try to work what we can on the places that we got nothing like going catching good barr you know you worked I know everybody can't do it but if you got places to do it you should be doing it we have made a pile of sausage got some hams curing my buddy has middlings in salt now curing out of one we caught day before yesterday he was 306 here is just some pictures of some hunts and sausage we render that fat down for lard to is what is in the jars
I agree with tdog I would say stock sense I seen I get to far away from some these old stock bred cur dogs I lose to much stock sense I ain't knocking hounds in no kinda way plenty people catch plenty of hogs with em we bred hound into some these old cur dogs but I try keep that trait they want to get bayed and keep it there till I get get the thing with most cur dogs I have seen now people have bred the hunt out of em hard to find good lines of straight cur dogs that will get deep looking for one in no sign they out there but hard to get your hands on for sure
I cast dogs by thereself sometimes most of the time I hunt mine in pairs they usually stay together little ways maybe just to get away from me then usually split up they are looking for there own hog and if they on a hog they won't go to another dog baying
