I had to put him down. He was just getting worst. That hog killed my other lead dogon the spot so after putting walker down Iv got nothing but my bulldog left

Yes sir he gave me three different pills to give him every 24 hours. But it’s been a couple of days and he still ain’t able to get up

My lead dog walker got a herniated disc from the other night. Vet said 4 out 5 dogs heal without the surgery but if he’s not showing improvement within a couple days to put him down. Has anyone else had dogs go through this and did they recover and how long did it take for them to show signs of improvement?

Hound or cur and why you prefer one over the other

Me and a buddy went to a spot were we been catching a few pretty much have caught hogs every time we go just nothing really over 120 pounds or so, well driving in walker and yella started winding from the truck so we turned em loose went about 300 yards in and bayed we knew it was a good hog then bc yella normally catches, they ended up breaking and running about another 20 minutes and then bayed again so we drove around to em and sent diesal in and got him tied. He worked diesal over real good pretty much every area that wasn’t covered by his vest was cut nothing real deep or life threatening thankfully.

Got a yella gyp right around a year old. Has been started good and will roll out with other dogs. Iv picked her up over a mile from where I dropped her but normally will be out between 400 and 800 yards. I haven’t hunted her alone so idk what she will do by herself. And she is rough and will normally catch. She has a little bit of hound in her. Only selling her bc I’m about to be out of town working and won’t have time for her. Asking 250.

Well finally got some time off work. Got to the woods and turned walker, a yeller dog I got today and my buddy’s catahoula loose at the truck and wishing 15 minutes walker sat down and bayed 400 yards from the truck other two dogs went to him. Got to him and turned diesel loose and sealed the deal. Quick and fun hunt with some good buddies

Well after burying my truck and sitting there for  3 hours me and a couple buddy’s went out and turned a couple dogs loose. Had my walker dog and my buddies yella dog. After about 30 minutes my buddies cur come back to the truck and walker was just about 300 out making circles and then sat down and bayed. Turned out to be a goodsized boar.

Just picked up a 8 month old pup never been on hogs. He’s 3/4 red cur and 1/4 red bone. Was wanting some advice on best way to train pups I really just got back into it and haven’t run dogs since I was a kid. And I know a bay pen isn’t really going to teach a dog to find sign or run a trail. And my walker pretty much runs by himself and stays gone most the hunt not much of a chance he’s going to run with him. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Any hunting clubs around Evadale area that allows dogs needing members? Like to keep it under 700 a year and couldn’t care less if there’s deer or not as long as there’s plenty of hogs lol
