I live in washinton parish and hunt bogachitta nwr in febuary and honey island (pearl river wma) .  Lost quite a few dogs this year in bogachitta

Negative bignasty on better pic of hangers.  They were my cousins and looked like a big door hinge with a brace welded on back which broke.  Heres a pic of last years

Funny thing is that the same time and place lastyear we caught one bigger but never weighed.  Now that we weighed this one and seen how big it really was i wished like hell wed weighed last years

big barr me, nolove, my cousin kyle, and buddy billy caught last weakend.  Hog gutted weighed 450#

Im not against a vet, if need be and i have the money i will use a vet.  But I dont have money put back for anything, with wife in college and two kids, if i couldnt take one to the vet, he wouldnt suffer i promise.  Im not going to stop doing what i love to do because im broke, and it aint anyones business what i do with my dogs. Ive never had anything given to me, but i would help anybody once if i was able.  Thats all im going to say.                                                                                                    may God bless you all.

I skin the head, and place in a bucket of water with a lid on it, and let it soak a couple of months, then take it out, and set in the sun, and let air out, with febreeze a few days, its not the quickest way but definatly the cheapest.

they always been bad, but have gotten worse since the hurricane. Now theres walls of them everywhere you go.

          caught another good barr this weakend, didnt weigh, guess to be around 300#s.

Me and my cousin kyle headed out 3:30 saturday morning to a new spot with a new friend. The hogs were definatly there, seemed like you could turn out anywere and there was hogs. put the dog on some smaller hogs to try to build up confadense again.  If that dont work live with it or cull it.
