Teeth are good..at first I thought he was just running in and not picking his spot. Now I am afraid he is dreading the catch. Only thing I can relate it to is like a roping horse getting nervous in the box dreading the run. maybe I really don't know just guessing.

I have litter like that right now bred to yellow dogs and 3 pups came out red with 2 of them looking just like my little Male dog. Kind of glad it happened now..looks like all puppies are going to make dogs 8 months old right now.

I'm no bulldog man. Would like to hear so opinions on what yall would do. J have a 5 year old AB bulldog been using him as solo catchdog since he was a year old. He has been a pretty solid dog until this year. Started missing alot put him in a pin with a 200lb bar and it took him 3 tries to catch him and when he did catch him caught him in the side behind the shoulder. Any advice besides the obvious cull him?

I like using a blowing horn. shorter horns are harder to blow but have a lot better sound. long horns have a low deep sound. short horns have more of a high pitch to them.

I have had young dogs do the same thing at night try hissing them back to the hog. They should go back to baying the dead pig or hog that they were baying. I have had it work with mine before just something you could try, sounds like they gave you a solid effort tho I would be proud of them
