Mine says good i'm going shopping.  I often wonder if that should count towards my hog hunting expenses

I was thinking about one for my dogs just a couple of weeks ago. The old man that worked for us while I was growing up was a coon hunter and he had one made of a goat horn that was really sweet sounding.

I yell a loud HUuuup when I call my dogs and a horn would be an easy transition I believe.

imo the goat horns always sounded the best. A little harder to blow though

How are you gonna make the mouthpiece ie. wood, horn...?

Does anyone still use dog horns to call their dogs in?

Try a construction or survey supply store they usually carry it.

Ive also heard that when the blackbirds come in the cold weather is coming

idk if it works with all dogs but we put my dog in a pen with a hog and put a shock collar on him and every time he catches buzz him until he lets go. and keep adding dogs to him and doing the same thing idk it worked for me but every dog is different

I sure will be glad to see this economy pick back up to about what it was 3 or 4 years ago. We was booming at work back then. I think we should just go ahead and vote a new President in now so we can salvage the economy as much as possible.

Was there any chance of the collar turning on the dogs neck? That may have a small factor in causing to have to much multi path therefore giving you a bad reading.
