Big, most of the places that we hunt where you get out ran are nasty hell holes. I'm talking vines, briars, yaupon, palmettoes, all interlaced with each other... dogs can't hardly move through it. Old pine cut-overs that may be hundreds or even thousands of acres of pure crap... this is where bottom is going to get the hog bayed and speed won't help.
I also hunt several places that are open, "cattle country" as I like to call it. Lot's of pasture and blocks of woods here and there along with wooded creek and river bottoms. This is where speed comes into play and these places are a pleasure to hunt.
