They can run......

Actually I wil have more places to hunt after Jan 24 (when our deer season ends) than I have to hunt now. A lot of the private places are closed off to me during deer season. But after them running feeders for 3-4 months and no hog dogs, the hogs move in and are eating all their corn, so just as soon as deer season ends, I get the green light to take the dogs back in.

I need to get my young dogs going so this should give me the chance to do it. The place I am hunting now has lots of deer hounds and I always worry about my pups going to them and learning bad habits..........the private places don't run hounds and after deer season there won't be anyone else in there so its a great time to get the pups going.
