I had a situation like that last year. after 1000s on vet bills it was determined to be saminila and ecoli that killed my 4 pups. I thought it was parvo so I didn't treat with antibiotics. My mistake and it will never happen again. There are several bacteria infections that can cause what you are describing and will kill the pups unless treated with antibiotics.
