We have a line of dogs with it - Zimectrin Gold daily will clear it up.  I use one dial turn per 20 lbs daily or you can use liquid Ivomec .10 per 10 lbs daily.  It typically takes a month or so to start seeing results.  Red Cell and Bacon Grease over their food also seems to help.  Once they have their hair back you can gradually back off the Ivomec and eventually quit giving.  Hope this helps and good luck!
