Great hunt! But dang those were some long runs. I don't know when it happened but these dogs finally developed some bottom.

My heart sank when I saw Mclovin and Jug hit the river and try to swim it. It was pretty swollen and wide so I was just hoping they made it across without drowning. When they made it across, I then became extremely worried about them catching and holding that boar for as long as it was going to take for us to get to them. When I finally came running up to find them both were just chilling out with their catch (and snack) waiting for us I was very relieved. Those two dogs were way too much for that 150 boar to handle. We got lucky....it really couldn't have worked out much better. Lesson learned from the experience!!!
