We try to hobble most of ours for training and selling to buying stations. if we catch one that is going to be too dificult to get out, we will stick it.
We usually run 3 or 4 strike / bay dogs, and usually 2 Catch dogs. I only have one bay/strike dog that will keep biting the hog after it is caught.
