Is he catching one out or just with help.  If he is catching one out he may just be a catchy dog. If he is only doing it with help you may have to hunt him with less dogs or he may have found him a buddy that he knows will catch with him.  I have knpwn several you couldnt hunt togather because they would catch but with out the other they would bay. Just a thought.
