I don't know if this is a route you would like to take but one of my curs started acting like he was uninterested in food for about 5 days.  I tried everything that I knew including wet food, cooked chicken breasts, you name it.  Called the vet and she said bring him in.  They gave him a an injection of Cerenia.  Within 4hrs. of the injection he was eating like a horse and hasn't stopped yet.  The injection was only $15.  Well worth it for me.  It may be an option for ya.

he has a vet appoinment on Wednesday.  he's eating enough to sustain his current weight but he's thin.  tomorrow is his last power dose worming.  i haven't seen any worms expelled in the stool.  i'll bring up the Cerenia though.  Anything at this point would really be great.  he's building muscle, he just doesn't have as much of an appetite as i would figure he'd have. maybe his stomach just shrank that much and he's not able to eat much at a time. IDK.  find out wednesday though.  i've been letting him eat free choice since i got him and he kinda grazes throughout the day but total intake may be around 4 cups maybe 5.  I wouldn't think that would be adequate for a 120lb dog at a 24/20 or the extreme athlete.
