Hard hunting YBMCs???

Colby... why dont you try to go hunt with the guys you see on boards who apparently have, hunt and raise some good BMC dogs. Guys who have bred them and been successful with at least some consistency. Guys who actually use their dogs and use em hard. As Rockin P said.. most of the people with good dogs use them and hunt them and most have for quite some time. I dont know a one of them who breeds just to sell puppies. But, if a feller has some good dogs I sure doubt they would mind you coming making a few hunts with them. I have found most of those kind of people are guys who dont mind showing their dogs. While you at it, take your young gyp where they can see her go to...That might make a difference with some people. You might be surprised, after a while, something might just fall in ya lap if thats possible. YOu, not your checkbook will have more to do with getting what you want more than any thing else. JMO

There is an unspoken culture thing with the kind of breeders that raise, breed and hunt the kind of B MC dogs you are looking for.. Some say or see it as a conceit thing, thats it all treated as top secret, thats is simply not true but I understand why some think so and I also understand why those kind of breeders do what they do.
