Critter catcher, also some people will catch and tie the hog, then hold in a trailer and wait until sunday morning to dispatch and field dress it.

i'd have to go with this route.  if the hogs are big enough were you think meat preservation may be an issue save yourself some trouble and just tie em and then dispatch the hog WITH A KNIFE ONLY that morning before you head out.
