Sometimes they will let a rescue take those dogs. Perhaps get with a pit rescue and maybe you can get the good ones into foster or hunting homes. I had thought about trying to put together a hunting dog rescue, but it would take a lot of manpower as well as homes willing to take a chance on a pound puppy.
Before craig got Tater, he was in a pound in arkansas. Had he been put down because of his breed, the world would have one less trash broke horse broke bulldog
