I would say because they've had no dog pressure... no reason to run. Never had a pack of rough dogs biting and chewing on their a$$es.

I've hunted places like that... they're fun to hunt. Makes just about any dog shine. Depending on the type of dog you run always seems to be the key to how long the hogs stay like that.
