I have had lots of success with going "deer hunting" on property where there are lots of open country.  Hope they trash, not say anything to the dog just hit em with an e collar.  just last week we worked some pups on deer then had a hog we had caught earlier tied in the woods and let the pups bay him.  seems to b very effective if you can burn them on trash, then let them bay a hog immediately afterwards.  just my .02
